Abstract	Les biens et services de technologies de l’information et des communications (TIC) sont depuis dix ans parmi les secteurs les plus dynamiques du commerce international. Les échanges mondiaux de biens de TIC (somme des exportations et importations) ont atteint 3 700 milliards USD en 2007. En revanche, la part des échanges intra-OCDE dans le total des échanges mondiaux de TIC a diminué, passant de 75 % en 1997 à 52 % en 2007. L’explication tient à la croissance rapide des exportations des pays d’Asie non membres de l’OCDE.
