| Abstract | Dans la 30e édition des Perspectives de l’emploi , l'OCDE examine les tendances qui ont marqué le marché du travail dernièrement, ainsi que les perspectives à court terme dans les pays membres de l'OCDE. Selon les conclusions de l’étude, le redressement opéré après la crise économique et financière récente est à la fois lent et inégal. Le chômage se maintient à un niveau beaucoup trop élevé dans de nombreux pays et le chômage de longue durée augmente, ce qui accentue le risque d’un chômage élevé persistant. L’analyse de la réaction des marchés du travail face aux chocs économiques montre que les mesures de lutte contre le chômage structurel contribuent aussi à atténuer les répercussions négatives des récessions en termes de chômage et de pertes et d’inégalités de revenus. L’étude analyse également la contraction de la part du travail dans le revenu national observée dans de nombreux pays de l'OCDE, principalement sous l’effet de la mondialisation et des progrès technologiques. En renforçant les investissements dans l’éducation et en ciblant plus précisément les programmes de prélèvements et de prestations, les pouvoirs publics peuvent veiller à ce que les bienfaits de la croissance économique soient plus largement partagés. Enfin, l’étude examine les conséquences des mesures d’atténuation du changement climatique sur le marché du travail. Si des changements importants pourraient être observés dans certains secteurs, les effets sur le niveau global de l’emploi devraient être limités. S’agissant des autres chocs structurels, des mesures devraient être adoptées pour faciliter la mobilité sur le marché du travail. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
