Abstract La population finlandaise vieillira rapidement dans les décennies à venir, ce qui exercera des pressions sur les finances publiques, tout en réduisant les ressources de main-d’œuvre. Néanmoins, des solutions existent pour atténuer ces pressions. L’ajustement de l’âge de départ à la retraite conformément à l’allongement de l’espérance de vie réduirait les coûts des pensions et augmenterait l’emploi des travailleurs seniors, à condition que cette mesure soit accompagnée de la suppression des voies d’accès à la cessation anticipée de l’activité. Afin de permettre à tous de travailler plus longtemps, la flexibilité du marché du travail devrait être améliorée et la formation tout au long de la vie devrait être davantage encouragée. Les politiques actives du marché du travail devraient être renforcées de façon à accroître le taux d’activité des jeunes, des femmes en âge de procréer et des chômeurs de longue durée. Enfin, le vieillissement ne devrait pas être considéré seulement comme une charge, car il peut aussi générer des possibilités d’innovation et de nouveaux débouchés et activités. Les technologies de l’information et des communications, où la Finlande a une solide base de connaissances, peuvent contribuer à préserver l’autonomie des personnes âgées aussi longtemps que possible, ce qui permettrait de contenir les coûts dela prise en charge de longue durée et d’améliorer le bien-être.

About National Digital Library of India (NDLI)

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
