Abstract	Les employeurs occupent une position idéale pour aider leurs employés à s’attaquer aux problèmes de santé mentale et conserver leur emploi. Les travailleurs qui souffrent de troubles mentaux prennent des arrêts maladie plus souvent que les autres et sont absents plus longtemps. Dans le même temps, ils font état beaucoup plus souvent d’une productivité réduite au travail. La prévention du stress sur le lieu de travail est un moyen aussi nécessaire qu’efficace de faire face aux problèmes de santé mentale existants. Mais les préjugés sur la santé mentale étant omniprésents, il est difficile de trouver une solution aux problèmes au travail liés à la santé mentale. Pour que les cadres puissent détecter les problèmes mentaux, ils doivent bénéficier de formations et d’un soutien adaptés.
