Abstract	Dieses Kapitel untersucht verschiedene Aspekte der Merkmale von Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie Schulen, die die Bildungsergebnisse beeinflussen, darunter die Familienstruktur, der Erwerbsstatus der Eltern, der Schulstandort, ein etwaiger Migrationshintergrund und die zu Hause gesprochene Sprache. Darüber hinaus werden die Trends der Mathematikleistungen von Schülern mit Migrationshintergrund bis 2012 erörtert.
