| Abstract | Pendant longtemps, les relations universités-entreprises se sont résumées aux contacts individuels, informels et ponctuels. Quand le processus d’innovation a pris de la vitesse, les entreprises ont commencé à demander plus de collaboration avec les universités (recherches coopératives à plus long terme, par exemple) et les gouvernements ont mis l’interaction universités-entreprises au centre de leurs stratégies d’innovation ; les universités ont dû organiser des structures d’interface, en même temps qu’elles mettaient au point des normes internes concernant l’emploi du temps des enseignants-chercheurs, la propriété industrielle, inter alia. Au Brésil, les universités ont pris cette trajectoire pendant les années 1990. L’expérience brésilienne démontre que le succès des structures d’interface dépend non seulement de la politique nationale d’innovation mais, surtout, des conditions particulières de chaque établissement. Cet article analyse les résultats de trois enquêtes menées par l’Université Fédérale du Rio Grande do Sul auprès des services de transfert de technologies et des services de propriété intellectuelle des universités brésiliennes. L’article est organisé selon les axes suivants : 1) le contexte des relations université-entreprises au Brésil ; 2) les caractéristiques, les points forts et les faiblesses des services universitaires, à partir de leur évolution dans la dernière décennie ; et 3) des repères pour la construction de stratégies internes. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
