| Abstract | En 2010, les PME représentaient 99.4 % (107 934 PME) des entreprises finlandaises et employaient quelque 60 % de la population active. Plus de 83 % d’entre elles étaient des microentreprises comptant de 1 à 9 salariés. Le total des prêts accordés aux entreprises a diminué au cours de la période triennale ans considérée (2007-09), mais a rebondi en 2010. Les prêts aux PME ont connu une baisse plus rapide encore entre 2007 et 2009 et ne se sont pas redressés en 2010. De ce fait, leur part dans le total des prêts a chuté, passant de 27.1 % (2007) à 14.4 % (2010)La Banque de Finlande précise que le système de collecte de données auprès des IFM a été modifié avec effet à compter de juin 2010. Par conséquent, les chiffres publiés ne sont pas parfaitement comparables avec les données antérieures. Les différences peuvent être liées à une plus grande précision de la collecte des données, à la modification des définitions statistiques (par exemple à l’extension de la définition des découverts bancaires et crédits sur carte de crédit pour y intégrer les crédits renouvelables) et à la collecte de données détaillées auprès de l’ensemble des IFM (Banque de Finlande, www.suomenpankki.fi, novembre 2011).. Les PME ayant été ainsi confrontées à des conditions de crédit plus difficiles que les grandes entreprises, certaines d’entre elles ont sollicité l’aide de l’État. Comme on pouvait s’y attendre dans un contexte de récession, les prêts à long terme accordés aux PME ont connu une plus forte baisse que les prêts à court terme. Leur part dans l’ensemble des prêts aux PME est passée de 78.9 % (2007) à 74 % (2010). |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
