Abstract	With China's entry into the economic restructuring during the transition period, the Chinese business environment is undergoing drastic changes. In order to enable Chinese enterprises to better enhance the ability to integrate resources, reduce costs, enable them to become more open and more competitive environment to achieve competitive advantage.
