Abstract	In the process of the new rural cooperative medical policy implementation, since different subjects of interest existing between the multi-polar relationship between the agent and interaction, make the system run more complicated, the interests of the participating farmers be difficult to achieve. This paper analyses the multi-agency relationship in the operation of new rural cooperative medical system between the different interests, establishes the tripartite presence game model, analyses the Game Balanced between agencies, participating farmers and the appointed medical institutions under the supervision of social conditions, that increase the intensity of the supervision of the agencies, will play a key role in the operation for the new rural cooperative medical system, and accordingly make a recommendation.
