Abstract	Immune network theory proposed by Jerne indicates that the immune system, even in the absence of foreign stimuli, must display an eigen-behavior resulting from cell-cell interactions within the immune system. In this paper, we propose a novel cell-interaction model, in which antibody at idiotypic level i interacts with cells at constant levels alpha1 (index of stimulation cell) and alphaN (index of inhibition cell). Simulations on pattern recognition are performed to evaluate the proposed artificial immune model's performance.
