Abstract	In this paper, we first analyze the spatial reuse gain and interference in a dense 60 GHz wireless networking environment (e.g. an office cubicle environment). The simulation results show that a significant spatial reuse gain can be achieved in such an environment. We also show it is easy to find a scenario where two neighboring links interfere with each other in a dense office environment. A number of MAC layer interference mitigation schemes which require different level of coordination among the interfering networks are investigated. The simulation results show that to maintain the quality of video applications, a high level of cooperation and information regarding interference is needed, at the expense of complexity.
