NDLI: A Study on the Construction of Quality Courses Network Based on HPT

Abstract	With the development of educational technology, Human Performance Technology (HPT), a theory and systematic method formed in the process of improving enterprise performance, is beginning to gain increasing attention in educational technology. In this paper, it analyzed the connotation of the HPT and the current condition and the acquirement of development of Quality Course network construction. It also summed up some problems at this stage such as it focused on the re-building rather than performance during the construction of Quality Course network construction. Based on the concept of HPT, the present paper offers some thoughts and suggestions on the construction of Quality Course network, and applies the model of HPT to the construction of Quality Course network in order to product a model of the construction of Quality Course network, so that some valuable ideas that can promote the development of the construction of Quality Course network can be provided.
