Abstract	Information dissemination of emergency events can be considered quickly proliferate over social network, the basic fact is a complex course of interactions of numerous participants. In this paper, we first analyze the information features of emergency events in social network. Then propose users' utility to describe the effect and present a stochastic game for the information interaction between users in social network has. Finally, a case to observe the information dissemination of emergency events is presented to show that users with different personality have different dissemination scale in social network.
