Abstract	In developed Information Society, creation, distribution and manipulation of information becomes significant economical and cultural activity. The Identity Management is a system used to support managing of personal information of users. The Identity Management System is very convenient for the support mobility of students, teachers and scientific workers in European High Education Area by beforehand established standards for attributes of identity. The basic identity document in this system is a student smart card with the owner's fingerprint. This biometrical data insures high level of data and identity protection.
