Abstract	With the rapid growth of electronic commerce, there is growing demand and great potential for online negotiation services. This paper focuses on the intelligence e-negotiation research based on Web, and applies agent technique in business negotiation. Existing Web based negotiation support systems separate the solution-driven negotiation and process-driven negotiation, this paper introduces an interactive multi-target negotiation model to solve this problem. Furthermore, by analyzing the logical structure and information flow of negotiation, the intelligent negotiation system on-line (INSOL) is proved to be convincible
