Abstract	The advent of knowledge economics century has led to knowledge management full of vitality. But many knowledge management (KM) writings or activities emphasize KM software implementation. That focuses on building a knowledge warehouse and IT functions. Few papers discussed the KM framework from knowledge flow. This paper establishes the KM framework for MXIC OTRB/IE from the general KM flow and provides a effective knowledge architecture and management mechanism to improve knowledge flow.
