| Abstract | Due to significant increase of the accuracy of measured laboratory frequencies of interstellar molecular lines and their hyperfine splitting [1–3], tremendous increase of receivers sensitivity and frequency resolution of digital spectrometers, modern radioastronomical observations allow us to measure turbulence and systematic velocity gradients in star forming regions with precision about 1 m/s. The reported results show a search for and detailed multiline studies of collapsing cores in several dozens of dark clouds performed with MPIfR-100m, NRO-45m, IRAM-30m, OSO-20m, SETS-15m and CSO-10.4m telescopes. It is shown that by using developed by us codes for MEM deconvolution [4] we increase significantly effective spatial resolution. Due to high spatial and frequency resolution differential cloud rotation and strong molecular depletion in central parts of the objects was revealed in a set of star forming regions. From comparison of precise laboratory and interstellar line frequencies a strong upper limit is obtained on variations of the electron to proton mass ratio [5]. It is shown how the detailed analysis of spectra, obtained at very high accuracy, makes it possible to draw the far reaching conclusions relative to the physical properties of our Universe. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
