Abstract	Many universities worldwide have initiated strong efforts in the Re-engineering of their Teaching Learning Processes (RTLP). The majority of these efforts have been focused on schools, departments or individually isolated. A more desirable academic education should be broader in terms of the methodologies and styles used for teaching. In 2000, the Monterrey Tech, Queretaro Campus initiated the development and implementation of a methodology for orienting and integrating the educational innovations for each academic program given at their university. This methodology includes the consultation of constituencies as suggested by EC2000 (Engineering Criteria 2000). The work presented in this paper show the efforts realized for the implementation of the methodology and provides information on the impact of the innovation on the students' profile. The methodology consists on the development of conducts that integrate and orient in a structured fashion the knowledge, abilities and attitudes of the individuals. By matching conducts with the contents of academic program, integration of course design and innovations can be achieved.
