Abstract	In this paper, we consider a strategy based on Coordinated Multi-Point technology (CoMP) to deal with the Inter-cell interference (ICI) in OFDMA cellular mobile communication systems. Firstly, base stations are equipped with tri-sector antenna, and divide the whole cell into three sectors. In this way, the interference on the boundary between the neighboring cellulars can be eliminated. With this strategy, the large scale signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) need to be shared among cells instead of user data and other channel state information (CSI), and every cell matches its users with ones in other cells based on their SIR. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can make a trade-off of SIR between the central users and the edge users, increase the SIR of the users at the cell edge, and improve the cell throughput with less feedback overhead.
