Abstract	The US Air Force's MATE integration program encompasses interrelated information pertaining to MATE products, standards, applications, communications and management tools. For the MATE program to continue to evolve in a coherent and coordinated fashion, a means for managing this mass of data, called MATEMIS (MATE management information system), was developed. MATEMIS was designed to approach the theoretical ideals of providing information in an accessible, timely, precise, compromising real-world performance. MATEMIS offers the enhanced capability for remote users to interrelate vast amounts of data coordinated in a concise, meaningful display. The design aspects of MATEMIS are described, along with the contents of the various databases and their planned use on the MATE integration program.<>
