| Abstract | Le site de Bellecombe (Sipibel) a été mis en place à partir de 2010 avec pour objectifs d’étudier la caractérisation, la traitabilité et les impacts des effluents hospitaliers en station d’épuration urbaine. Il porte notamment sur les résidus médicamenteux et détergents et les désinfectants issus des établissements de soin.Ce site pilote est composé d’un hôpital, mis en service en février 2012, d’une station d’épuration, avec deux files de traitement distinctes permettant d’isoler les effluents hospitaliers, et d’un milieu récepteur, la rivière Arve. Il est le support d’un programme transfrontalier qui étend le cycle étudié à la ressource en eau potable. Il mobilise les acteurs du territoire, industriels et scientifiques pour établir ce suivi et être le support de programmes de recherche.La dynamique du projet et les échéances en matière d’ouverture du nouveau centre hospitalier ont permis une mise en place effective de l’observatoire dans des délais rapides, même si des ajustements sont constamment nécessaires, s’agissant de la recherche de traces de micropolluants. Après plus d’une année de suivi, en particulier sur une liste de 15 molécules médicamenteuses et sur les indicateurs d’écotoxicité, les résultats obtenus semblent confirmer les tendances observées dans les autres programmes de recherche français et européens. Ainsi, les effluents hospitaliers ne représentent qu’une faible part des rejets de résidus de médicaments et des traces de ces composés sont détectées dans l’Arve, comme dans la plupart des rivières européennes.Les perspectives sont d’apporter des réponses sur la stratégie locale, en ce qui concerne la séparation ou non des effluents, et de voir se développer un réseau national d’observatoires pour mieux asseoir la stratégie nationale en matière de maîtrise des apports et traitements éventuels des rejets de micropolluants, et en particulier des résidus médicamenteux. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
