| Abstract | This white paper gives an overview of the scripting possibilities offered by the Windows Script Host (WSH) and Active Directory Service Interface (ADSI) components under Windows 2000. It explains the basic concepts and practices related to WSH and ADSI. After a WSH architectural overview, the document explains how to use this technology to access basic Windows system components. This paper also provides a general ADSI architectural overview and explains the basic access methods for the Active Directory.
