The first is the final version, dated December 1986, of the TAC Review of CGIAR Priorities and Future Strategies, resulting from deliberations extending two and a half years from TAC 28 through TAC 38. Next is the summary of the discussion of the TAC paper at International Centers Week in October-November 1985. There follows the report of a meeting at Bellagio of a CGIAR strategic planning group in January 1986. This report is entitled Future Strategies for the CGIAR. At its 39th meeting in March 1986, TAC explained its stance on some remaining issues in Elaboration of TAC's Views on Priorities and Strategies. The subject was again considered at the CGIAR mid term meeting of May 1986. A summary of that discussion concludes the record. (Note that several blank pages are omitted in this file.) |
