Abstract	The 21st century is an information era which is on the basis of network computer and knowledge economy. Digitalization, networking and information seem to be the symbol of the 21st century. The tendency of economic globalization and networking is influencing the way of social production and human beings' life-style, as well as the pattern of traditional transaction. What's more, Internet commercialization is increasingly exerting greater impact on the global information industry and the telecom market. The Internet commercialization is the first-choice platform in the business activities. Electronic commerce is most successfully applied globally.From the perspective of core-periphery hypothesis, this paper attempts to shed light on the effect of "Core-Periphery" pattern on globalization of electronic commerce. It examines the regional spatial structure of globalization of electronic commerce, discusses the dynamic mechanism of spatial structure growth, and shows how the institutional and spatial structures of EC have been successively transformed in the process of globalization of EC, to serve the needs of the various core regions. It also demonstrates how, the dependency of the peripheries through systems of market and supply, results in development of the core regions, on the one hand, and underdevelopment of the peripheries, on the other.
