An Act Relieving Persons Who Served In The Existing War As Enlisted Personnel From The Payment Of Income Taxes For The Period Of Such Service, And Providing That Any Person Serving As A Commissioned Officer In Said War Shall Have Three Years To Pay Any Income Tax Accruing Suring The Period Of Such Service.
