NDLI: 1946 House Bill 2030. An Act Relieving Persons Who Served In The Existing War As Enlisted Personnel From The Payment Of Income Taxes Upon Their Pay For Such Service, And Providing That Any Person Serving As A Commissioned Officer In Said War Shall Have Three Years To Pay Any Income Tax Accruing During The Period Of Such Service.
