Social Security Amendments of 1970 : report of the Committee on Finance, U.S. Senate, to accompany H.R. 17550, an act to amend the Social Security Act to provide increases in benefits, to improve computation methods, and to raise the earnings base under the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance system, to make improvements in the Medicare, Medicaid, and maternal and child health programs with emphasis upon improvements in the operating effectiveness of such programs, and for other purposes together with separate, additional views
