Description	When there were many objections on the Vedas and Vedic religion, at that time Mimamsa philosophy was composed. The main subject in Mimamsa is religion. According to this philosophy, “Yato’bhyudayanihshreyasah siddhih sa dharmah” means that which leads to welfare in this world and the next world is called religion. The main subjects of Mimamsa Shastra are to know ‘Dharma’ and to think about the meaning of Vedas. Vedas are the form of knowledge, hence Mimamsa Shastra, which thinks about the meaning of Vedas, is also called philosophy. Since thinking about religion is necessary in all ways, physical, verbal and mental.
