Description | This is a very interesting physics demonstration built to visualize the concept of standing waves. Sound from a CD player is used to create pressure nodes in a tube of flammable gas. Three different songs are played and the different frequencies in each make different shaped waves. The video consists of the experiment only with no explanation, therefore teacher explanation would be needed. |
