Description | Standing for balance is executed alternating right and left legs front side and back. Sequence : bend - straighten/extend - trun in - turn out - ankle flex - point - flatten onto 2 feet on the floor - bend - straighten - rise/arc - descend - bend leg in - turn out extend - 2 feet - squeeze together. For the first (front) tip-toe rise, think of sticking the sternum to the ceiling would be the logical follow-up. |
