| Description | This document is a text book on Mathematics of Standard VIII of Kerala Board. It has five units. The learners will acquire knowledge about different types of triangle and geometric methods of drawing perpendicular, angle bisectors etc. from unit I.The application of algebra in solving different mathematical problems is discussed in unit II with examples. The relation between inner and outer angles of polygon and the difference between regular polygon among polygons are explained in unit III. The properties of perfect squares and characteristics of natural numbers are discussed in unit IV. The learners will develop concept about compound interest from unit V. The different practical problems and examples will motivate the learners. |
