Description This is the Mathematics text book of class VI for State Institute of Educational Research and Training, Udaipur. In this chapter there has description about ‘Basic geometrical concepts and shapes’. Concept of plane surface and point, Collinear and non collinear point, Line segment, Ray line, Intersecting lines, concurrent, parallel and perpendicular lines, construction of circle are diagrammatically represented in this chapter. There have also some conversion, proper example to do these concepts understandable. Besides, concepts like construction of angle, bisecting a given angle with the help of compass are also include in this chapter. Exercise part is there at the end of the chapter.
