Description	यह वीडियो व्याख्यान स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा आयोजित कक्षा १२ के लेखा शास्त्र पुस्तक से "प्रबंध के सिद्धांत (पुनरावृत्ति) '' नामक अध्याय पर आधारित है। प्रस्तुत अध्याय में प्रबंध का शाब्दिक अर्थ, प्रकृति, विशेषता, महत्त्व का अध्यन इसके अलावा फेयोल द्वारा प्रतिपादित सिद्धांत, टेलर के वैज्ञानिक प्रबंध का सिद्धांत तथा प्रबंध के अन्य महत्त्वपूर्ण सिद्धांतों का विवरण दिया गया है। प्रस्तुत अध्याय पुनरावृत्ति का है अतः प्रश्नोत्तर के माध्यम से प्रबंध के विभिन्न सिद्धांतों का विस्तार से विश्लेषण किया गया है।अध्याय के प्रारम्भ में ब्लू-प्रिंट तथा अंत में पाठ के कठिन शब्द और संभावित प्रश्नों पर पुनरावृत्ति की गई है। This video lecture conducted by the Department of School Education, Government of Chhattisgarh is based on the chapter ''Principles of Management (Revision)'' from the Accountancy Book of class XII. In the present lecture, the important points discussed are - the study of literal meaning of management, nature, characteristic, importance, and the theory propounded by Fayol, Taylor's theory of scientific management, other important principles of management etc. The lecture explains difficult words from the chapter. The blue-print at the beginning of the chapter and at the end of the lesson difficult words and possible questions are repeated with their respective answers for revision purpose.
