In the present lecture, the topics that are being discussed are the challenges in the formation of the nation, the partition of India, inclusion of states, building democracy and problems of princely states unwilling to join India and their solutions etc. The lecture explains difficult words from the chapter. The exercise questions from the chapter are also discussed in detail with their respective answers for revision purposes.
