Description	The prevalence of malaria in Bangladesh is well known. Mosquitoes spread the disease from germs to human body. In addition to malaria, diseases such as filaria, dengue, bile fever also spread from mosquito bites. The only way to get rid of mosquito bites is to destroy mosquitoes in ovaries or in childhood. Using hand-mesh, chloroform tubes, DDT, very limited results are available and costly. Dr. Fort first released the small fish in the pond and completely released the pond from the mosquito's egg or baby. The article introduces various fishes that eat the mosquito eggs, Techoka is one of them. বাংলাদেশে ম্যালেরিয়ার সংক্রমণ ও ভয়াবহতা সর্বজনবিদিত। মশা রোগজীবাণু থেকে মানুষের দেহে এই রোগের প্রসার ঘটায়। ম্যালেরিয়া ছাড়াও ফাইলেরিয়া, ডেঙ্গু, পীতজ্বর প্রভৃতি রোগও মশার কামড় থেকে ছড়ায়। মশার দংশন থেকে নিস্কৃতি পাওয়ার একমাত্র পথ মশাকে ডিম্ব বা শৈশব অবস্থায় ধ্বংস সাধন করা। হাত - জাল, ক্লোরোফর্ম টিউব, ডি ডি টি ব্যবহার করে খুবই সীমাবদ্ধ ফল পাওয়া যায় এবং তা ব্যয়সাধ্যও। ডাঃ ফোর্ট প্রথম পুকুরে ছোট মাছ ছেড়ে পুকুরটিকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে মশকের ডিম বা বাচ্চা মুক্ত করেন। এই প্রবন্ধে মশক ডিম্বভুক বিভিন্ন মাছের পরিচয় দেওয়া হয়েছে, তেচোকা মাছ যাদের মধ্যে অন্যতম।
