The book, written almost a hundred years ago, is equally relevant today in solving current economic problems. Marx began writing this great book in 1843, and he was engaged in it until the last day of his life. The first volume of this book, discusses the nature of the capitalist system of production and the basic principles of its development. This volume is divided into six sections. The main points of the first volume are explained very briefly in this article.
