The phenomenon was first observed by Nobel laureate physicist Feynman. Alfred Kekonstein recently began research on this phenomenon and found that the velocity vector of a particular ant in a particular group is always oriented towards the ant in front of it and the distance between them will not be more or less zero. This explanation led to the idea of creating a robot that could find the shortest path through many obstacles. This article discusses the scientific explanation for ants moving in a straight line.
