Abstract	An analysis was conducted to investigate the association of CYP1A2 (rs762551, rs35694136), CYP2F1 (rs11399890), NQO1 (rs1131341, rs1051740), UGT2B7 (rs7439366), CAT (rs1001179, rs769217), and GSTP1 (rs1695, rs1138272) gene polymorphisms, as well as the factors of the surrounding environment, to identify the characteristics of the formation of a hereditary predisposition to the development of occupational chronic bronchitis (OCB). Gene-environment interactions in a sample of 122 patients with OCB and 166 healthy workers were analyzed. It was shown, taking into account ethnicity, occupational experience in harmful areas, smoking status and index, and the genotype risk of developing OCB (OCB): CC 465C > T NQO1 (OR = 3.57), CC 2146C > T UGT2B7 (O$_{Radj}$ = 2.31), T/delT 2467-delT CY P1A2 (O$_{Radj}$ = 2.17). Statistically significant interaction with the smoking status was defined for polymorph UGT2B7 (2146C > T) in the over-dominant model (P $_{interact}$ = 0.015), with a smoking index of CYP2F1 in the additive model (c.14_15insC) (P $_{interact}$ = 0.05).
