Abstract	The systematic revision of some Frasnian inarticulate brachiopods from the Oos Limestone of the Büdesheim Syncline, from the Ardennes and from the Saxony Vogtland led to the recognition of the new speciesLingula oosensis n. sp.,Lingula maillieuxi n. sp. andOrbiculoidea danzertensis n. sp. The speciesLingula subparallela Sandberger & Sandberger is redefined. Palaeocommunity analysis of the Oos LimestoneLingula lumachelles has led to new models for the origin of infaunal invertebrate lumachelles from black shale environments.Die vergleichende systematische Untersuchung der inarticulaten Brachiopoden des Oos-Plattenkalks der Büdesheimer Mulde, aus den Ardennen und dem sächsischen Vogtland führt zur Aufstellung der neuen ArtenLingula oosensis n. sp.,Lingula maillieuxi n. sp. undOrbiculoidea danzertensis n. sp. Weiterhin wirdLingula subparallela Sandberger & Sandberger neu definiert. Mittels Paläocommunity-Analysen vonLingula-Schillen des Oos-Plattenkalks werden neue Möglichkeiten zur Genese von Invertebratenschillen unter Schwarzschiefer-Bedingungen aufgezeigt.
