Abstract	A description is given of interactive multiple-entry polytomous computer key designed to identify 102 Siberia’s Astragalus species and subspecies. At each identification step the program reduces the species list, shortens the lists of qualitative character states, recalculates the diagnostic value of characters, and rank the characters according to their diagnostic value. In the process of identification, a user can return to previous identification steps, to get text descriptions and drawing of species and photos of herbarium specimens, to use an interactive single-entry dichotomous key, to change and input new data to the data table. The program is local; it has been made in the Microsoft Access 2002.
