Abstract Le texte qui suit est une entrée en matière pour l’étude des algèbres de Clifford en géométrie : les groupes orthogonaux réels et complexes et les groupes spinoriels correspondants sont décrits en détail. Dans un dernier chapitre, on donne un aperçu sur les représentations spinorielles et demi-spinorielles ainsi que l’application des algèbres de Clifford aux champs de vecteurs sur les sphères. Le lecteur voulant approfondir certaines questions trouvera dans la bibliographie de quoi satisfaire sa curiosité.

It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
