| Abstract | espanolLa finalidad de este trabajo esta orientada a realizar un acercamiento preliminar al campo de la flexibilidad laboral, desde una optica conceptual y noologica. Se desarrolla la tematica, por medio de la realizacion de un escrutinio de textos que la acometen desde perimetros multidisciplinarios. Utilizando instrumentales que dispensan la teoria de la complejidad y, dentro de ella, la noologia y considerando, adicionalmente, los conceptos en uso de la ideologia, se trata de establecer que estadio de avance pudiese existir para entender la flexibilidad laboral en sus discursos como un sistema de ideas estructurado e incluso, con aptitudes para ser considerada como una teoria racional. Mayoritariamente, las circunspecciones especificas de los textos no logran consignar con el rigor necesario la fundacion de un sistema de ideas, sino que el fenomeno hace de elemento para eventuales sistemas en lo economico y sociologico. En el ultimo de los discursos examinados si se encuentran elementos axiomaticos que debidamente indagados pudieran hacer posible que la flexibilidad-flexibilizacion alcance su real estatuto para una teoria racional, en cualquier sentido menos ideologica, que sirviera de nucleo propio o se integrara a una teoria polinuclear distinta, pero, en ambos casos, con certidumbre epistemica. EnglishThe cardinal purpose of this work is to establish a preliminary approach to the field of labor flexibility, from a conceptual and noological point of view. This paper aims to examine the issue of labor flexibility. A detailed scrutiny of texts that belong to multidisciplinary fields was carried out. In this study, the complexity theory and, within it, noology, and the concepts of ideology were used in order to find out if there could be an advancement in order to understand labor flexibility in the discourse as a structured system of ideas and even with the possibility of being considered as a rational theory. Mainly, the specific circumspections of the texts fail to consign the necessary rigor to create a system of ideas, but this phenomenon is perceived as a foundation for other views in the economic and sociological systems. Axiomatic elements are found in the analysis of the last text and this finding could show that the flexibility-flexibilization could reach a real status for a rational theory, in any less ideological sense, which could serve as a core or be integrated into a different polynuclear theory, but in both cases, with epistemic certainty. |
