| Abstract | MEIER, Afonso. A contribution for improvement of educational prof essional in graduation in a high school of Curitiba city – Pa rana State. Florianópolis, SC, 2004. 95 pages. Dissertation of Mastership in Engineering of Production. PostGraduation Program in Engineering of Production of Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brazil. It was looked in this work to effect an evaluation of the implications between teachers and students in a private institution of higher education, with sights to the continuous improvement. We used as conceptual referential the quarrels present on the educational sector and the systems of evaluation of performance of teachers and students. The research of methodology used here was centered in the application of questionnaires, for the set of the teachers and students, from the evaluation of some variable that had been valued from degrees attributed to the students and teachers. The presented results identify the necessity of a revision of the epistemological bases of the methodologies of education, the methodologies of learning that implies directly in the performance of the interviewed ones, and in its relations in the institution of private higher education. Parallel the implications had been pointed to be unfolded in terms of an action plan in that it says respect to the teachers and students of graduation, so that all the procedure be considered passive of control of results.
