| Abstract | We used 59 Holstein cows between breeds, Jersey, Brown Swiss, and spigots, all animals were synchronized with intravaginal devices DIV-B and removed on day 8, the animals were separated into three groups, each group with a different treatment, the first group (n = 18) was applied DIV-B +100 μg (GnRH) at the time of artificial insemination (AI). The second group (n = 22) was applied DIV-B +200 μg (GnRH), the third group (n = 17) was the control group. There were differences (P <0.05) in the percentage of Pregnancy to First Service (PPPS) between treatments +200 DIV-B μg (GnRH) and control, there was no difference with values of 27.27% and 36.84% respectively, but both treatments differ of treatment DIV-B +100 μg (GnRH) with a value of 55.56%. There were differences in Pregnancy Percent to Second Service (PPSS) in this case the DIV-B treatments +100 μg (GnRH) and control values of 25.00% and 33.33% were not different, but if you were DIV-B treatment +200 μg (GnRH).
