| Abstract | The impact of the generated vibrations analyze in fabrication process by the removal of chips doesn‟t cease to require the researcher‟s attention in the world. In order to surround the problematic and reach our objective, we established an experimental protocol and equipment assembled on EMCO maximat. This assembling, considered as an integrate part of the machine, permitted us to generate and control the amplitude of vibrations in order to accomplish our experimentation. The aim of our work is to establish a relation between the interest immensity, represented by a flank wear, and other influent parameters on the life duration of the cutting tools while turning. The exploitation of our experimental investigations has profited from the addition of the experiences plans method which permitted us to organize our research better. The obtained results were treated under Matlab and permitted to highlighting the influence of the parameter “vibration” on the estimation of the life duration of the cutting tools. |
