| Abstract | Multifunctional nanocomposite nanoparticles for simultaneous fluorescence and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, and pH-sensitive drug release were fabricated by immobilizing pH responsive hydrazone bonds, magnetite nanoparticles and fluorescent dyes in mesoporous silica nanoparticles. pH dependent release of doxorubicin was demonstrated and the nanocomposite nanoparticles show fluorescence emission and MR contrast effect. |
