| Abstract | Corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of 60 specimens of titanium nickelide with modified surfaces implanted into spongy bone were studied in rabbit experiments. Specimens modified by molybdenum ions exhibited high inertness and favorable tissue reaction. No accumulation of nickel and titanium ions in animal organs was detected. |
