| Abstract | The objective of this paper is to develop the Urban Atlas as a cartographic model of spatial analysis of the municipality of Calimaya, which serves as an instrument in the planning processes and in the planning of territory through the development of a Geographical Information System for the decision making. Territorial planning and territorial processes are normative instruments that, by integrating them in an Urban Atlas, allow maps to be containers of territorial policies and thus apply feasible scenarios where they are really needed to solve the problems that afflict the population. |
