| Abstract | Automatic visual inspection algorithms for printed circuit boards (PCBs) have long been focused on geometrical defects of conductive paths [1-4]. Less attention has been paid to the defect inspection of plated surfaces on PCBs. In this paper, we propose two entropy measures of chromatic and directional regularities for the automatic defect inspection of gold-plated fingers (edge connectors) on PCBs. |
