| Abstract | El objetivo del presente articulo es el de mostrar que la agricultura mexicana es en parte resultado de la dinamica mundial alimentaria en una amplia linea temporal por lo que se puede describir la produccion agricola de Mexico y el mundo en el marco del llamado sistema el agroalimentario mundial. Dicho sistema ha experimentado transformaciones radicales ya que las empresas no operan aisladas; quienes dominan la competencia en la produccion y distribucion de alimentos son los complejos agroindustriales que han concurrido con grandes transformaciones hegemonicas, de practicas productivas y patrones alimentarios. En este marco la produccion bruta agricola en Mexico y el mundo ha tenido una tendencia creciente aunque si esto lo dividimos entre la poblacion el dinamismo es significativamente menor. Por otro lado, la tonica del discurso en las diversas descripciones del sistema agroalimentario mundial, en cuanto a su objetivo fundamental, se centra en el abasto alimentario, sin embargo se ha venido imponiendo la dinamica del mercado. ABSTRACT The aim of this paper is to show that Mexican agriculture is partly a result of the food world dynamics in a wide timeline so you can describe the agricultural production in Mexico and the world as part of the global food system. This system has undergone radical transformations unless firms never operate in isolation, who dominate the competition in the production and distribution of food are agro industrial complexes that competed with great transformations hegemonic production practices and eating patterns. In this framework the agricultural gross production in Mexico and the world has been increasing but if you look at the dynamics of output per capita, this is significantly lower. On the other side the keynote speech at the various descriptions of the global food system, in terms of its fundamental objective, focuses on the food supply, however it has been imposing market dynamics. |
